The Indian Students' Association at Old Dominion University welcomes you to Norfolk!  We, at the ISA, are committed to make you feel comfortable during your initial stay here. Please fill out the following pick-up form completely. Make sure that the information you have entered is precise. Every semester the ISA will be offering the pick up service for FREE of CHARGE. Two students would receive you at the BAGGAGE CLAIM AREA at the Norfolk (ORF) Airport. We expect you to abide by the following during your pick-up:

• We will make sure that you are picked-up from Norfolk airport at any cost provided you fill the following form at-least one week before your arrival. Try to inform at least one committee member if your flight is delayed due to any technical reasons or due to inclement weather. That would help us avoid any confusion in picking you up.

• Kindly be in constant touch with the ISA one week before your arrival. This will help us provide you with details of the person picking you up. If you do not find the concerned person contact one of the following:

• Free accommodation along with food will be provided by the ISA until you find a permanent place to dwell.
